The Orillia Girls Hockey Association is pleased to invite you to our-

14th ANNUAL
HAWKS TOURNAMENT
JANUARY 15-17, 2010

SANCTIONED BY THE OWHA

Registration is now OPEN for our 14th Annual OGHA Hawks Tournament.  Please complete the registration form below and submit with your payment no later than November 25, 2009.  Highlights for this year include:  Special Guest & Autograph Session with Olympian Cheryl Pounder, FREE tournament program with discount coupons, action shot photographer, prizes, vendors, raffles, etc.  Register early to avoid disappointment.

Teams will be advised of acceptance prior to December 1, 2009.

Tournament Headquarters will be the Rama MASK. 

ENTRY FEE: $800 Midget AA (12-12-15)
$700 All other Divisions (10-10-12)

ATOM A, BB, B, C and House League
PEEWEE A, BB, B, C and House League
BANTAM A, BB, B, C and House League
MIDGET AA, A, BB, B, C and House League
SENIOR REC.

3 Game Minimum
Divisions of 8 teams will have Semi Finals

All teams must register at the tournament Headquarters in Rama at least 1 hour prior to their first game.

All teams must also bring 15 game sheet labels with them, and drop them off at the tournament headquarters at least 1 hour prior to their first game.

Pick up forms, if required, must be turned in at sign-in for 1st game.

All OWHA pickup rules must be adhered to.

It is understood that all team must present a copy of their OWHA rosters at registration. If you do not have it, you will not play.
